Information used by each service
- QRCodee: contact and order details, destination links, text, and uploaded branding.
- CodeeFlyer: artwork, event or offer details, call-to-action links, and project instructions.
- Mini CodeeSite: business details, page content, images, approved integrations, and editing requests.
- Shop orders: purchase details and the contact or shipping information required to deliver the product.
Approved published text, artwork, and links are visible to visitors. Do not upload confidential information into a public page.
Processing and connected services
Hosting, payment, and fulfillment providers process information needed to operate the service. Checkout is handled through the payment provider. Referral metadata may be used to attribute orders. Website requests may generate technical logs, and embedded services may use cookies or similar storage.
When you authorize a connected platform, connection identifiers and authorization tokens may be retained to perform the actions you approve. You can revoke that connection through the platform and contact us for help.
Your requests
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about a connection. We may need to verify the request. Some order, transaction, or security records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute.
