Automation-first consult hub

Codee Consultation Ops Hub

This is the shared operating surface for the consultation portion of Codee. The department logic belongs to Codee first. Humans assist the lane, review edge cases, and step in during live calls, screen share, and escalations.

Step 1

Codee classifies the lane

Codee should decide whether the lead belongs in site scan, advisement, or systems consult before a human spends energy on the wrong path.

Step 2

Human assists the live review

Once Codee sets the lane, the human joins the room, confirms audio and video, and uses screen share to help the client through the review.

Step 3

Codee routes the next move

Close with the smallest correct next lane. Humans confirm the recommendation, but the operating standard belongs to Codee.

What the consult department needs

  • the booked consultation link
  • the client’s public site or draft site
  • the screen-share workflow
  • the current lane notes
  • the right escalation path

What the human assistant is limited to

  • consultation support only
  • no broad admin access
  • no unrelated service-control actions
  • no hidden engineering or billing operations

Screen-share checklist

  1. Confirm the right client URL.
  2. Confirm the goal of the call before sharing.
  3. Walk the homepage, CTA path, and mobile assumptions.
  4. Call out the strongest issue first, not every issue.
  5. Document the next lane before ending the call.
